This weeks speed component:
- Rotational CMJ 2x5 (each side)
- Hop and stick 2x5 (each leg)
- Medial and lateral hopping 2x5 (10 jumps each leg is one set)
- Triple jump x3
- Pogos 3x20
- 4x10m sprints
P.S remember, 7+7+7 on tempos tomorrow, hope you guys are doing at least 2 compulsory field sessions by yourself ? good news is that hopefully from Monday we will be able to train all together as long as we obey certain rules, but I will post about that in the next couple of days.
